🚀 The new Uteco's Customer Support Portal is almost here!


We are excited to announce that Uteco is ready to launch the new Customer Portal!

From the 21st of March the new system will be available.


HOW TO ACCESS?


Trought this link you can easily access to the new Customer Portal and register all technicians’ profiles as needed. Please make sure you enroll only e-mail addresses associated to your company’s domain for better recognition and security purposes.

If you didn’t register your admin account on the new Customer Portal already, please fill this form with your details and, if needed, all your collaborators’ data. If you have any doubts you can contact Uteco at contactcenter@uteco.com to ask for more information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We would like to inform you that the current ticketing system will be active until the 2nd of April at 09.00 am (UTC+1).

Starting from that date, you will be able to open tickets only on the new Customer Portal.

Please make sure to activate your new account before the 2nd of April.
